The next Douglas County Fair Board meeting will take place on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at 7:00 am at the Douglas County Fairgrounds Board Room located at 2110 SE Frear Street in Roseburg, Oregon.  

In compliance with ORS 192.610 to 192.690, we will accommodate any member of the public who wishes to submit public comment related to specific agenda items. Members of the public who wish to comment can do so during the citizen participation section of the meeting: (1) In person, (2) by submitting via email at fairgrounds@co.douglas.or.us (3) by virtual format via www.zoom.com Meeting 826 4694 6956 (Passcode – 559901)
